Good morning everyone, 

We’re currently seeking two committed network members to join the committee on our Events Team and support the planning and delivery of the ITI Spanish Network’s CPD and social events programme.

This is a fantastic opportunity to:

• Contribute meaningfully to the network’s professional development offer
• Enhance your skills in event coordination, communication, and teamwork
• Earn CPD hours and enjoy free ITI Spanish Network membership during your time on the committee

Key responsibilities include:

– Planning and managing both online and in-person events in coordination with the wider committee

– Working closely with the Social Media Manager to promote events across our platforms

– Acting as first point of contact for external speakers, trainers, and CPD providers

– Hosting and providing background support for online events via Zoom

– Ensuring event recordings (where applicable) are distributed to participants and archived appropriately

– Scouting venues for in-person events and keeping the committee updated on potential partnerships

– Managing event logistics and registrations using Ticket Source

– Providing a short events update for the committee’s annual report

This is a voluntary role, but as a committee member you’ll receive free ITI Spanish Network membership, accumulate CPD hours, and have the chance to develop new skills, build professional connections, and strengthen your profile within the ITI community.
